About the tournament

Dínamo Futsal CUP

A youth futsal cup organized in S. João da Madeira, Portugal, across three age divisions — Benjamins (U11), Infantis (U13) and Iniciados (U15).

  • Country: Portugal
  • Sport: Futsal
  • Multiple age divisions
  • Public website
  • Team manager portal
  • Player registrations
  • Live standings
  • Live statistics
  • Automatic advancement to the knockout
The challenge

Before MyCup, all of this was managed by hand

Every registration, roster and result lived in spreadsheets and messages — and there was no public website where anyone could follow the cup.

  • Team registrations
  • Player information
  • Staff members
  • Accommodation
  • Meals
  • Custom forms
  • Tournament schedule
  • Standings
  • Knockout stages
  • Moving teams into the knockout
  • Statistics
  • No public website
The solution

One platform for the whole cup

Team registration

Clubs signed up through a public registration form instead of email threads. The organizers reviewed each entry and approved it — and the team went straight into the right division.

Team manager portal

Each club got its own portal, so the people who know their squad entered it themselves. The organizers stopped being the data-entry desk for 29 teams.

  • Invitations
  • Player management
  • Staff management
  • Custom forms

Custom forms

Accommodation, meals and everything else the cup needed to collect were built as custom forms — then exported as one consolidated report instead of being retyped.

  • Accommodation
  • Meals
  • Extra information
  • Automatic PDF export
  • CSV export

Tournament website

Players, families and sponsors followed the cup on its own public site — updating itself as results came in, and still online today.

  • Results
  • Standings
  • Scorers
  • Statistics

Multi-language

The cup ran in Portuguese from end to end — not just the public pages, but the panel the organizers worked in and the emails everyone received.

  • Portuguese localization
  • Admin panel
  • Emails
  • Public website
