Pricing questions
Yes. There are no subscriptions on Free, Pro, or Premium. You pay once when you create the tournament and keep lifetime access — including all your data, results, and the public website. Custom Plan terms are arranged individually.
Yes — one tournament in MyCup covers one season or one event, from the opening match to the final standings. When the next season starts, you create a new tournament for it. That way every season keeps its own teams, fixtures, results and public website, untouched, as a permanent archive you can always link back to.
Yes — upgrade any time from inside your tournament dashboard. Your data is preserved and the new features become available immediately. An upgrade is charged at the full price of the new plan; the amount already paid for your current plan is not credited. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.
No. The Free plan is genuinely free — no card required. Create a tournament, invite a handful of teams, and decide whether to upgrade later.
You can upgrade to a higher tier at any moment with no downtime. Existing teams, matches, and results carry over without any data loss. An upgrade is charged at the full price of the new plan, shown before you pay.
