Dashboard Overview

The MyCup dashboard is your central hub for managing all aspects of your tournament. This guide walks you through every section of the interface.
Tournament Header
At the top of the dashboard you'll see your tournament summary card with:
- Tournament name and sport type
- Quick stats: total teams, matches played, and number of divisions
- Quick action buttons: Enter Results, Add Match, Add Team, Structure, Open Website, and Settings
These buttons give you one-click access to the most common actions.
Live Matches
When matches are in progress, a Live Now banner appears below the header showing:
- Teams and current score
- The phase/division name
- A Result button for quick score entry
Setup Progress
The setup progress tracker shows how far along your tournament configuration is. It tracks steps like:
- Basic tournament information
- Sport selection
- Adding participants
- Tournament structure configuration
- Match generation
- Website activation
Click View All Steps to see the detailed checklist and complete any remaining steps.
Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar organizes all features into groups:

Use the tournament switcher at the top of the sidebar to switch between tournaments if you manage more than one.
Dashboard Widgets
The bottom section of the dashboard provides at-a-glance information:
Upcoming Matches
Shows the next scheduled matches with:
- Date and time
- Team names
- Venue
- Division/phase
- A Quick Result button to enter scores directly
Recent Results
Lists recently completed matches with scores and an Edit Result link.
Team Panel
Shows the Team Panel status:
- Whether it's enabled or disabled
- How many teams have managers assigned (e.g., "3/20")
- Quick link to Team Panel settings
Plan
Displays your current plan and usage:
- Current plan name (Free, Pro, or Premium)
- Teams used vs. limit
- Logo and division availability
- Link to manage/upgrade your plan
Website
Shows your public website status:
- Registration status (Open/Closed)
- Links to open the website and access settings
Teams
A quick overview of your tournament participants with a link to view all.
Mobile Access
The dashboard is fully responsive and works on mobile devices, so you can manage your tournament from anywhere.
