Dashboard Overview

The MyCup dashboard is your central hub for managing all aspects of your tournament. This guide will help you understand the main sections and features available.

The dashboard is organized into several main sections:

Setup Progress

When you first create a tournament, you'll see a setup progress tracker that guides you through the initial configuration:

  • Basic tournament information
  • Sport selection
  • Tournament structure
  • Participant registration
  • Match generation

Tournament Management

Structure Configure your tournament format, create phases, and organize groups or knockout rounds.

Participants Manage teams, players, and participant registrations. Review and approve registration requests.

Matches View and manage all tournament matches. Update scores, schedule match times, and assign venues.

Results View standings, statistics, top scorers, and tournament progression.

Settings

Tournament Settings Configure basic information like name, dates, location, and timezone.

Sport Settings Customize sport-specific rules, scoring systems, and match formats.

Website Settings Control your public tournament website appearance and content.

Registration Settings Enable or disable public registration and configure registration forms.

Dashboard Widgets

The main dashboard shows key information at a glance:

  • Setup progress percentage
  • Total teams and matches
  • Upcoming matches
  • Recent results
  • Registration requests (if enabled)

Mobile Access

The dashboard is fully responsive and works on mobile devices, allowing you to manage your tournament from anywhere.
