How It Works#

Follow this path and everything falls into place:

Fill in the basics: Choose your sport and enter your tournament details in the setup wizard, then work through the guided onboarding steps on your dashboard
Build the structure: On the Structure page, pick league, knockout, or a mixed format and lay out your phases, groups, and bracket rounds
Add participants: Add teams (or individual participants) manually, or open public registration on your website so they sign themselves up — then convert the candidates into teams/participants
Assign teams to the structure: Place your teams into the groups and bracket slots on the Structure page (use the draw for automatic seeding, or assign them by hand)
Generate matches: On the Structure page, build or regenerate the schedule — MyCup creates balanced fixtures from your structure
Set venues and kick-off times: On the Matches page, give each match its date, time, and venue
Enter results: Update scores as games are played — standings, statistics, and your website refresh automatically
Share your website: Publish and share your public tournament site at any point — it stays up to date the whole way through
