Team Dashboard

When team managers log into their Participant Panel, they land on a dashboard that provides an overview of their team's status, matches, and statistics.

Dashboard Overview#

The team dashboard is designed to give team managers quick access to important information and pending actions.

Pending Actions#

At the top of the dashboard, teams see alerts for any pending actions that require their attention:

Pending Announcements#

If there are announcements requiring acknowledgment, an alert displays:

• Number of unacknowledged announcements
• Whether any acknowledgments are overdue
• Quick links to view and acknowledge each announcement

Overdue announcements are highlighted in red to emphasize urgency.

Pending Forms#

If there are forms that need to be completed, an alert shows:

• Number of pending forms
• Quick action buttons to access and fill each form

Team Identity Section#

A prominent hero section displays:

• Team logo
• Team name with a welcome message
• Quick stats showing the number of players and matches played

Performance Statistics#

A grid of statistics shows the team's overall performance:

• Total Matches - Number of matches played
• Wins - Matches won (highlighted in green)
• Draws - Matches drawn (highlighted in yellow)
• Losses - Matches lost (highlighted in red)

Win Rate Indicator#

If the team has played matches, a win rate indicator displays:

• Win percentage as a prominent number
• A color-coded progress bar showing the distribution of wins, draws, and losses
• A summary line showing "XW / YD / ZL" format

Tournament Information#

A card displays key information about the tournament:

• Tournament name and logo
• Sport type being played
• Current active phase
• Tournament timezone
• Link to view the public tournament website

Additional inline stats are shown at the bottom of the card when available:

• Division - The team's division
• Group - The group the team belongs to in the current phase
• Position - The team's current standing in their group (e.g. 2/6)
• Points - Total points earned
• GD (Goal Difference) - Color-coded green for positive, red for negative

Upcoming & Recent Matches#

Two columns show match information:

Displays scheduled and in-progress matches:

• Home/Away indicator badge
• Teams playing
• Match date and time
• Venue information

Recent Results#

Shows completed matches:

• Win/Loss/Draw badge with appropriate color
• Final score with prominent display
• Color-coded result indicator strip
• Match date

Top Performers#

Two columns highlight the team's top performers:

Top Scorers#

Shows up to 5 players with the most goals:

• Medal-colored position badge (gold, silver, bronze for top 3)
• Player photo
• Player name and jersey number
• Number of goals scored

Top Assistants#

Shows up to 5 players with the most assists:

• Medal-colored position badge
• Player photo
• Player name and jersey number
• Number of assists

Mobile Access#

The dashboard is fully responsive and works on mobile devices, allowing team managers to check their status from anywhere.

Navigation#

From the dashboard, team managers reach everything else through the sidebar. It is grouped by the kind of task rather than alphabetically, so a manager looking for one thing is not reading ten items:

Dashboard and Announcements sit at the top, ungrouped — the panel's front door.

Pages appear only when they apply. Payments needs the balance setting on; Accommodation needs Hospitality on and this club to have a booking. A group with nothing in it does not render at all — so a tournament running neither shows just Squad and Paperwork.

The sidebar also shows the tournament logo, name, and current phase for quick reference.
