Team Panel

Premium feature. The Team Panel — including Team Managers Access, Custom Forms, Announcements, and Settings — is available on the Tournament Premium plan. On Free or Pro, the sidebar's Team Panel group shows a single Team Panel link with a Premium badge; it opens the Plans page with an upgrade prompt. Team managers attempting to log into a non-Premium tournament's panel will see a clear "not available on this plan" message.

The Team Panel is a dedicated interface that allows tournament team managers to manage their team's information, roster, and interact with the tournament organizer without needing access to the tournament admin panel.

There are two sides to this feature:

• Organizers configure and manage the Team Panel from their tournament admin panel — enabling it, setting permissions, inviting managers, and creating announcements and forms (all under the Team Panel sidebar group).
• Team managers log into a separate self-service portal called the Participant Panel (at /participant-panel) to manage their own team.

What is Team Panel?#

Team Panel gives team representatives a self-service portal where they can:

• View their dashboard with match schedules, results, and team statistics
• Update team information including name, logo, contact details, and description
• Manage their roster by adding, editing, and removing players
• Manage their staff by adding, editing, and removing coaches and support staff
• List their families & supporters — the parents, fans and drivers travelling with the team
• View player statistics including goals, assists, cards, and ratings
• Look back at club history — the club's record season by season, when the tournament runs several seasons
• Receive announcements from tournament organizers and acknowledge important ones
• Complete custom forms requested by the tournament organizer
• Upload documents like registration forms, contracts, or player ID documents
• See what they owe and report a payment for you to approve, if you allow it
• Fill in their own rooming list — who sleeps in which room, with the details the hotel needs
